The Company

DIMARNO srl has been on the market since 1985 and is specialized in merchandising basic products for ice-cream parlours, bakeries and catering. The company selects from all over Europe raw materials, semi-finished products, frozen food, decoration and packaging items and professional equipment for the sector, taking care of the distribution in the Center and the South of Italy.


Training facilities

DIMARNO srl invests in training: the company involves experts in the field in workshops, conventions and recurrent educational projects. Confectionary teachers and accredited chefs are called to give lessons on food culture and on crucial topics such as hygiene, innovation and marketing.

The training class-room “Domenico Dimarno” can host more than sixty people. Training activities also rely on the support of the adjoining laboratory which is equipped with multimedia facilities.


Auditorium

Dimarno srl has dedicated to Didactics a 400 square metre auditorium: a rich and comfortable space in order to host confectioners, ice-cream makers and bakers from all over Europe.


Warehouse

Dimarno’s innovation and technology are to be found also in the warehouse: the software used optimizes its flows, traceability of the lots, stock management. The warehouse is equipped with cold stores for food preservation at variable temperature. Product transportation is carried out by the subsidiary Di & Di, specialized in food transportation by lorries at controlled temperature which ensure delivery within 48 hours from purchase order. Constant items at the deposit are about 3000.
